Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase from MR.K Watches & Jewellery. However, please note:

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Instead, eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit.

We are happy to offer exchanges under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, items that are faulty or not as described are eligible for return, exchange or refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos and proof of purchase. We will cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items and offer a replacement or full refund once assessed.
